Mandatory Daily Ticket Purchase for Outside Participants: To attend the conference sessions, each participant staying outside the hotel/meeting venue will need to purchase a daily ticket. The cost of the daily ticket is currently 145 €. Please note that this mandatory fee is additional to the registration fee and is imposed by the hotel to cover your consumption during your attendance.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

  • All the cancellations must be submitted in writing to Rubikon Tourism.
  • Cancellation requests up to 21 December 2023 will be reimbursed after the bank expenses have been deducted.
  • Cancellation requests made after this date will not be refunded and name changes may be made.
  • All the refunds will be made at the end of the congress in 2 weeks.
